In my perfect world you would not have to pay for things that could be labeled as responsibilities. New tires for your car? Free. Gas? Free. Cleaning supplies around the house? Free. Utility bills? Free.

I'm not asking for hand-outs. I'm just saying I work hard for my money and when $500 goes to new tires on my car it makes my stomach turn.
